Here's a little inspiration for you, actually from the pages of Twitter no less. Here, director Robert Rodriguez inspires and gives us a little help with the writing process, but indeed you can apply this to anything...

Your results have to be specific. If you aim low, you'll hit low. so aim high. If your goal is just to write you'll stop after 2 pages...

...But if your goal is to write 20 pages a day you'll accomplish it. Don't stop til you do. Aim high. Economy is too bad to get lazy.
