Stand Up follows Duncan Willis, an ex stand up comedian who, in his day used to be well known and respected. 10 years later we find him depressed and unknown with very little in his life. Realising this is the lowest point he decides to try and make his come back into the world of stand up comedy, despite the fact he's an aggressive alcoholic.
